Lamhas provides managed services to broadcasters, Sports Organisations, OTT Platforms, Content Originator, Government, Cable Networks, etc. We design, implement, and operate reliable video solutions that capture, process, and deliver content from any source, in any format, to any destination in the world in the most efficient manner possible.
As a leader in comprehensive, end-to-end video solutions, Lamhas owns and operates Teleport and Broadcast facilities through its Mumbai, Hyderabad, and New Delhi offices.
In the last couple of years, Lamhas has expanded its offering from core Satellite-based services to IP and Cloud-based solutions. Thereby becoming a leading technology solution and service provider for any type of Video distribution and delivery across Satellite and IP.
Currently, Lamhas is providing multiple types of services to more than 250 Indian and International broadcasters.

Arvind Shah, A Finance expert is Chairman of Lamhas group of companies. He is true entrepreneur and serial investors. He is also active member of Bombay Stock Exchange and recipient of Entrepreneurship Award from Kutch Shakti. He oversees the corporate governance and long term strategy at Lamhas.

Manoj Shah, A Chartered Accountant is Managing Director of Lamhas Satellite Services Limited. He has more than two decades of deep experience in Media and Broadcasting industry. He spearheads the growth initiatives at Lamhas.

Shashank Vaidya has more than 30 years of experience in Investment, acquisition and project management. He writes regularly in finance matters for various newspapers & magazines. He has been associated with many corporates like NCL Industries Ltd., Visaka Industries Ltd., VMF Soft Tech Ltd. etc and involves with various charitable institutions & trust.
NAGJI KESHAVJI RITA
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Nagji Keshavji Rita demonstrates a gigantic experience of 40 years and more in being involved with social societies, stock markets and was also appointed as the Special Magistrate by the Government of Maharashtra in 1980. He is on Boards of many companies and Trustee in various social, religious and trade associations.
He is recipient of many prestigious awards like Kutchh Shakti Award, Legend of Wagad and Gold Medal for Corporate Services and Social Work. Trinity World University of United Kingdom (UK) awarded him with a degree in Hon. Doctor of Philosophy.
